Hansa Holidays was established in Jan 2003 as a division of Hansa Aviation (P) Ltd. ; GSA for Lufthansa German Airlines in AP, Kerala and Tamilnadu (except Chennai) from Jan 1994.

Since January 2005 Hansa Holidays has become an independent IATA Agent handling various Travel Services.

Hansa Holidays has been retained by Lufthansa as their exclusive Service Partner for Hyderabad. They are also an exclusive Passenger Sales Agent in Andhra Pradesh for Tirun Travel Marketing, the India Representative of Royal Caribbean Cruises and Celebrity Cruises. Also represent Trafalgar Tours through Comfort Travel.
